Message	They are a little metallic but it is usually a bit worse because people don't know how to tune them. I have the Quart PSD 216's. Here is what I've learned. The Quart 216 have an oversized speaker basket for the woofer. You are going to have to create a custom baffle and use that as the mount. For the most part the tweeters are a bit bright. It has to do with the fact they were mostly designed to be installed in the kick panel and the type of music they were designed for. From what I get alot of the Germans that use it listen to electronic of some sort. If you are going to install them in the door make sure to change the cross over settings to lower how bright the tweeters are. This will help but will sacrifice a bit of the imaging. Nothing that this can't be corrected with a bit of tunning. Here is a list of my recommendations for speakers. - RE - Focals - MB Quart - Image Dynamics
